About
After keeping bees for years and making queens for myself, I decided to share them with others. I’ve always used bee stocks that are mite resistant as little to no treatments are my goal. For years, I worked exclusively with Russian honey bees and really valued their strengths—especially their ability to overwinter in smaller clusters. Over time, though, their occasionally “spicy” temperament led me to transition away from them. Today, my apiary is stocked primarily with Italian bees, which are noticeably calmer and much easier to work with while still performing well in our operation.
I’m a Master Beekeeper from the University of Montana, and I enjoy helping people on their beekeeping journey.
Whether you’re new and want to start your first hive, or you’re experienced and want to grow your apiary, I’m here to help.
